-= Thought =- Trend Identification

How can someone identify a trend, and hence complain to me about it, if they have only received 3 calls, over 4 days about a certain issue, when they get 40 + calls a day.

I can't, for the life of me, see how this is enough of a trend to warrant complaining to me about to get fixed.
